Your A/B-week timetable, tests, study planner and reminders — in one app. Made by a student at Berlin Cosmopolitan School.
Built around how school actually works — A/B weeks, BCS class timetables, real teachers and rooms, all built in.
Your weekly schedule with A and B weeks handled automatically, school holidays included. Swipe between weeks and see what's on.
Grades 7–10 at BCS, A and B weeks, with real teachers and rooms. Pick your class and your subjects — German or GLD, French or Spanish — and you're done.
A live "now" card shows your current lesson, what's next, and the room. Coming up shows your tests and deadlines at a glance. On your birthday, there's a little surprise.
Add tests, quizzes and deadlines to your calendar. The AI study planner suggests sessions in your free time — untick the ones you don't want.
Reminders before each lesson, test or study session. A "Next lesson" widget for your home screen and lock screen.
Optionally connect your school Microsoft 365 or Google Classroom account. Hayvn suggests new tests, cancelled lessons and room changes — read-only, nothing changes until you tap Add.
Hayvn collects only what the app needs to work. No ads, no tracking, no selling data — ever.
No analytics SDK, no session recording, no Google Fonts or external scripts. Fonts and libraries are served from hayvn.de itself.
Hayvn stores your timetable, tests and settings — not a copy of your name or email. The login service (Clerk) handles that.
Hayvn asks for your birthday at setup. If you're under 16, a parent confirms on your phone before you can use the app.
Profile → Delete account removes all your data from Hayvn's database and your Clerk account. No email needed, no waiting.
Connecting a school account gives Hayvn read-only access to your messages. Disconnect at any time in Settings — Hayvn's access is removed immediately.
All connections are HTTPS. The database is in the EU (Ireland). Each student can only see their own data.
School licences give every student at your school Hayvn Plus. Payment is by invoice — no App Store cut. A teacher portal is in the works, so teachers can post tests and changes directly to their classes.
